As an Owner, you can customize Jackrabbit Care with your organization's logo. The business logo, once saved, will be visible in Jackrabbit Care, the Mobile App, and the Kiosk.
- Jackrabbit Care - My Business page (Settings left menu > Business Settings card > View Settings link).
- Mobile App - Messages screen, the Billing screen, and the Accounts screen > My Center.
- Kiosk - On the sign in page.
Add a Business Logo
Follow these steps to add the business logo.
- Go to the Left Menu > Settings.
Note: Be sure you have a site selected at the top of the page.
- Click the View Settings link located on the Business Settings card to open the My Business page. The page will open on the Details tab, however, the logo can be uploaded on any tab.
- Click the default globe image to open the Business Logo window.
- Choose a photo (previously saved file) or drag a photo file into the highlighted section of the window.
- Click Save.
