Email the Billing Department (billing@jackrabbittech.com) before the first of the month to avoid being charged that month's service fee.
Canceled accounts, in good standing, will remain active until the start of the next billing period (1st of the month) following the date of cancellation. For example, if you contact us to cancel your account on the 15th of the month your account remains active through the end of the month.
