Though we are sorry to see you go, you can cancel your Jackrabbit Care subscription at any time.
Email the Billing Department at billing@jackrabbittech.com before the first of the month to avoid being charged for that month's service fee.
If you cancel your account while it's in good standing, it will stay active until the next billing period begins on the 1st of the following month. For example, if you cancel on the 15th, your account will remain active until the end of that month.
You can reactivate your previous subscription anytime by emailing caresales@jackrabbittech.com.
