Work with Family Accounts - Children

The Family Account page is organized into two sections (Children and Contacts) with five tabs (Details, Billing, Transactions, and Invoices, and Audit Log). You can have unlimited children in a Family Account profile.

The Children section, which can be expanded or collapsed, shows profile cards for each child. 

Access the Family Account from Family Accounts (left menu) > Profiles card > View All # Family Accounts link, or use the Search box at the top of any page in the system. The children in the family are listed in the top section.


Children's Section

The default view opens to the Family Account Details tab where you can do the following:

  • Open the Child Details page (Options iconor click on the child's name)
  • Delete the Child profile (Options icon). The child must not be enrolled in any classes to delete them.
  • Define the Relationship between the Contact and the Child.

Child - Details Tab

When a Child page is opened to the Details tab, the child's details are displayed with the necessary medical and emergency information. Use the links to make any needed updates. The Actions menuoffers the following options:

  • Account Details - Opens the Details tab.
  • Enroll - Enroll the child in a class.
  • Upload File - Add a document to the child's information.
  • Delete - Remove a child from the Family Account.

To help keep your information as up-to-date as possible, use the View Missing Information page to see who needs to submit forms, etc.

Child - Enrollments Tab

The Enrollments tab on the child's page displays information about each class the child is enrolled in.

  • Use the Actions menu> Enroll to enroll a child in a class.
  • Click the Options icon > Drop to drop a child from a class.
  • Click a class card to see go to the class Details tab for more information about the class.

Child - Contacts Tab

The Contacts tab displays cards for each Contact associated with the child and who is a Payer on the account.

  • Click the Options icon to see a contact's or an account's details, or delete a contact.

Child - Files Tab

A child's files can be uploaded to their Child page and accessed from the Files tab. 

  1. Go to Family Accounts > View # Active Family Accounts > Click the family's card.
  2. Select the child's card in the Children section.
  3. Click the Actions menu> Upload File.
  4. Click to add or drag a file into the Upload Document window and select a Category from the drop-down list.
  5. Click Save File
    • A pop-up message alerts you the file has been uploaded.
    • The document is uploaded to the child's Files tab.
    • A number indicates the number of files uploaded to the system.


After uploading files, the grid can be sorted, filtered, printed, or exported to Excel. Click the Help With Grids link to learn more about working with grids.

  • Use the Trash Can iconto delete the file from the system. 
  • Use the Download iconif you need to download the file from the system.

In addition, all files/documents uploaded when a parent submits an Online Registration form will be added to this tab when a child is accepted and enrolled in a class.


To add a new Child profile to a Family Account, use the Actions menuon the Family Account page.
