If your system was set up by our Care Implementation Team (CIT) or you signed up yourself, we put some basics in place for you. | Business & Site Settings | Settings are managed at the Business and Site levels. Business Level - an Owner has permissions to manage the basic details of the business, including Name, Time Zone, Email, business ID info, adding a business logo, and creating Policies.
Site Level - an Admin has permissions to work with the settings for the site they are assigned to, including, Address, Phone, Email, Schedules, Spaces, and hours of operation.

| The Legal Stuff | Take a few minutes to review our legal information. We are committed to protecting and keeping your data safe. This information includes how we collect info, credit card information, the use of Cookies, etc., and the agreement between Jackrabbit Care and your business.

Jackrabbit Care | We make it simple to manage your subscription. Billing is monthly and is managed in the Billing Portal. The billing rate depends on the number of active children in your account. If you signed up for a 14-day trial, it's simple to upgrade from a free trial to a subscription.

| Import Your Data | Jackrabbit Care offers a free basic data import service. Contact our Import Team at carehelp@jackrabbittech.com. We will work with you to ensure a smooth migration of family information into your new account. |
