Jackrabbit Care is designed with you and your experience in mind. We give you the ability to find what you need and navigate quickly throughout the system to get your job done with the least amount of effort.
Depending on the role assigned to the staff member, the home page changes:
- Owners/Administrators - have similar access to the entire system with some minor setting exceptions.
- Teachers - personalized Dashboards are shown at sign in with class and student information.
- Timeclock - staff designated as timeclock users and assigned to classes have access to a personalized Dashboard.
Note: Team Members assigned to classes with the Take Attendance User-based Permission enabled will be able to take attendance in Class Mode.
Jackrabbit Care Sign In/Sign Out
After an Admin or Owner adds a new team member and sign in credentials are created, the steps are the same regardless of the role assigned. Be sure to click the Remember Me checkbox for easy sign in the next time.
- Go to the Sign In page, enter the email and password, or use Google credentials. Click the Forgot password? link to reset a password. A reset password email will be sent to the email address on file.
- Select a site by clicking on a site card or using the Choose A Site drop-down.
- The site selection is required only when there are multiple sites for the business.
- Go to the upper right on the Dashboard, and click the staff member avatar/photo to Sign out.
Dashboards for Owner/Administrator Roles
These roles have full access to the left menu, plus can launch the Kiosk. If an Admin or Owner is assigned to classes, they will see additional information and links on the Dashboard. Note: the Owner/Admin Dashboard is site-specific and a site must be selected at the top of the page for a business with more than one site.

Learn more about Dashboards for a Teacher Role
Teachers assigned to classes will see their personalized Dashboard link, Family Accounts, and Programs & Classes on the left menu at sign in. Click the Dashboard link to see assigned classes.

Dashboards for the Timeclock Role
A staff member assigned a Timeclock role and assigned to classes will see the personalized Dashboard view. This could be someone who isn't in a teacher role but may be assigned as a helper in the specific classroom or operates a school bus or van for student pickup.
