For a quick overview of your business's financial health, the Jackrabbit Care Finances section shows you the information you need. Go to Finances (left menu) > Overview link on the Reports card where you can do the following:
- Monitor your business financials in real-time.
- View financial data visuals with an overview of Posted, Scheduled, Pending, and Past Due fees.
- Link to additional financial report information.
Note: Owners and Administrators automatically have permissions to access the Finances section.
Overview Tab
Financial Dashboard
The Financial Reports Dashboard (top of the page) is automatically set to today's date and shows totals for Posted, Scheduled, Pending, and Past Due fees. Click any of the fee statuses on the Financial Dashboard:
- Posted - See all posted fees (invoices) on the Posted Fees report.
- Scheduled - See all fees scheduled to move to pending on the next invoice date on the Scheduled Fees report.
- Pending - See all fees that are scheduled for the next invoice date on the Pending Fees report.
- Past Due -See all unpaid balances on the Past Due report.
Billing & Payments
Billing & Payments (bottom-left of the page) shows Total Billed and Total Paid invoices for the current month.
- Click See More to view more information on the Billing & Payments report.
Past Due
Past Due (bottom-right of the page) shows the top five Family Accounts with the highest Past Due balance. Click any of the following for more information:
- Family Account Name - Go to the Family Account Details tab.
- Billing Profile Name - Go to the Family Account Billing tab.
- See More - Go to the Past Due report to see all families with past due balances.
Reports Tab
Click the Reports tab to view all Financial Reports.
