Our CircleTime™ Mobile App is included with your monthly subscription to Jackrabbit Care. The app is intended to provide a self-service option for parents and/or contacts to do the following:
- Allows a family to access and update their account, add a payment method, and make a payment.
- Update parents and keep them in the know about their child and the childcare center.
- Send Broadcast Announcements to all families and include photos and videos!
- Parents can view their balance and update their payment method.
As an Owner or Administrator, you automatically have the permissions to invite all of the contacts added to a Family Account to download the mobile app. In addition, a teacher can be granted User-based permissions to send messages.

All Contacts listed on a Family Account can be invited to download the CircleTime Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. 
 It just takes a few steps to send the invitation and connect the family to your childcare center.

Owners and Administrators can send Broadcast Announcements to families at all sites in the organization and send messages to specific families. Both types of messages have the option to include photos and videos. Teachers with the correct User-based permission can send messages to families in their classes while in Class Mode.

Billing - Manage Payment Methods |
To provide your families with the utmost privacy and security when your business accepts ePayments through Jackrabbit Pay™, each contact is required to add their bank account and/or credit card information and accept the Terms and Conditions directly in their CircleTime mobile app. There is no limit to the number of bank accounts or cards that can be entered.
