Use your Jackrabbit Care email and password to access the Jackrabbit Care Billing Portal. In the portal, you will be able to do the following:
- Update the billing contact and payment information.
- View and print your transaction history (fees charged and payments made).
- Make a payment for overdue fees.
- Review Jackrabbit Care billing policies, referral bonus plan, and more!
Once you complete the Jackrabbit Software - Sign Up form, whether you are upgrading from a free trial account, created your own Do It Yourself (DIY) account, or opened an account another way for Jackrabbit Care, you will receive a welcome email with a link directing you to the Jackrabbit Care Billing Portal. Note: We recommend you bookmark the link for future use.
The first time you access your organization's Billing Portal, you will create your password by requesting a reset which sends you a time-sensitive email with a link to reset your password. The email is sent to the address our Billing Department has on file as the Billing Contact email.
