View Missing Information - See Who's Information Isn't Complete

In order to keep accurate records for every child attending your program, the Who's Missing Information page displays each child or contact and what information is missing from their records. This will help you keep the family information as up-to-date as possible. The goal is to have no children or contacts listed on this page, and then you'll know you have all the necessary documentation.

Go to Family Accounts (left menu) > Profiles card > View Missing Information link to open the Who's Missing Information page.

  • At-a-glance data visuals show you how many people are missing information.
  • View a list of documentation needed for a Child or Contact.
  • Click any data visual to filter the information on the page.
  • Easy to update information from a Child or Contact card on the page.


Missing Information Details

The Who's Missing Information page lists what's missing for a child or contact. It's easy to identify a child's card because there's a Child blue badgeon the right with a number indicating how many items are missing.

Child Card

The information that's missing for a child is listed on the child's card and may include:

  • Legal Guardian missing
  • Emergency Contact missing
  • Emergency Form not received
  • No immunization records on file
  • No physical examination on file
Contact Card

The information that's missing for a Contact is listed on the contact's card and may include the following:

  • Unverified email address
  • PIN code not set (PIN is used to check-in at the Kiosk)

Manage Missing Information

The Who's Missing Information page is located in the Family Accounts section.

  1. Go to the Left Menu > Family Accounts.
    Note: Be sure you have the right site selected at the top of the page.


  2. Click the View Missing Information link located on the Profiles card to open the page.
    • Click any data visual bar, and the people who have missing information will be displayed on the page.
    • The number of people missing information is shown on the left (33/34 in the image below).


  3. Click the Options icon> Child Details to open the child's page. 
    • On the Child page, you can use the links to update info for Emergency, Healthcare, Allergies, and Health Issues.


    • On the child's Family Account page (Details tab), you will be able to update the Relationship the contact has with the child. Click on a contact's name in the Children section and change the Relationship designation. Selecting a Legal Guardian relationship automatically includes Authorized Pickup and Emergency Contact. Separate Emergency Contacts and/or Authorized Pickup people can be designated for a family.

Resend Email PIN Request to Contacts

A parent or designated contact needs to have a PIN to check a child in and out of the center using the kiosk. If a contact is missing a PIN, they will be listed on this page. It's easy to filter the page for the people missing PINs.

Click the PIN data visual, and you will see the following:

  • The number of people missing a PIN out of the total number of people missing information. In this example, you will see 17/34 people who are missing a PIN.
  • A breadcrumb shows the Data Type PIN.
  • A card for each of the contacts that do not have a PIN code set.
  • The number of Contacts that have no PIN and do not have a Verified email.

Use the Send PIN Email buttonto resend a PIN request to the contacts on the page. Only contacts with verified email addresses will be sent the PIN email request. A pop-up notification will appear in the upper right confirming the emails were sent.

Alternatively, you can click the Filter iconto open the Filters slide-out drawer on the right to filter the page by Data Type PIN for the same results.


When a Family Account is added, an email is sent to the email addresses entered for the contacts. A legal guardian and/or authorized pickup will be prompted to verify their email address and set up a PIN. If the email is not verified or the PIN is not set up, the contact will show up on the Who's Missing Information page.
